Munich is a key market, and theyre looking for a senior facultative broker to anchor that presence.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a role for someone who has spent their career in the technical end of construction and engineering reinsurance. You understand the risks, you have the market relationships, and you can structure and place complex facultative programmes without hand-holding.</p><p><br></p><p>The boutique model is the point. Clients deal with the people who know the business. Theres no institutional distance between senior leadership and the work being done — which means the career trajectory here is real, not theoretical.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What youll need:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Proven construction and engineering facultative reinsurance experience. Strong market relationships in the European and/or global reinsurance market.
