Short Description
As the CRM Technical Architect (m/w/d) you will design and implement CRM system architectures that align with Hyundai Motor bbusiness goals and ensure scalability, security, and compliance across multiple European markets.
We want you to:
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define CRM (Salesforce) solutions that address business needs.
* Conduct assessments of existing CRM systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
* Customize and integrate CRM systems within multiple modules (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing) to ensure seamless operation.
* Plan, build the architecture design, and operate the Next-Generation CRM System.
* Design data integration, automation processes, and layouts reflecting business needs and requirements.
* Establish the goals, strategies, and IT governance of CRM systems.
* Work cross-functionally internally and externally to ensure project timeliness and stakeholder alignment within regional and global teams.
About you:
* Qualified Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
* 8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years as an expert in Salesforce architecture management
* Full IT project management experience including budget and timeline management
* Full technical understanding of Salesforce front and back-end packaged solutions
* Software interface and development knowledge (API, SOQL, etc)
