Job Opportunity: About this role This is a key position in our research group that will focus on implementing the Y-LOCAL project. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to examine factors allowing young people to feel socially integrated and supported within their local environments. The researcher will be part of the Centre for Childhood and Youth Research (CCY) within the Department of Social Sciences, conducting studies using both qualitative and quantitative methods. We maintain close collaborations with national and international research institutes and organisations. Your responsibilities include: * Conducting practice-oriented research using qualitative data collection and analysis methods (e.g., qualitative interviews) * Designing, implementing and analysing an online survey with stakeholders * Maintaining effective communication and coordination with project partners and stakeholders * Publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals as well as professional reports * Preparing results for stakeholders through policy briefs and data reports * Presenting research outcomes at scientific conferences Key Responsibilities Include:
