ERP Requirements & RFQ Specialist
Overview
Our client’s organisation in Germany is undertaking a major ERP transformation, assessing the viability of consolidating two existing ERP environments into a single global SaaS ERP platform or recommending a new platform capable of supporting regional compliance needs.
To support this initiative, we are seeking an experienced ERP Requirements & RFQ Specialist to lead the development of detailed business, functional, technical, and integration requirements, along with formal RFQ documentation to be based on a full-time/hybrid basis in Southern Germany.
This is an interesting collaborate role for any candidates wishing to make a real impact in a company’s integration and transformation project.
About you
Ideally coming from a large Engineering, Manufacturing Industry with a deep understanding of ERP environments. You’ll be very personable and a great negotiator to ensure satisfactory outcomes for all stakeholders in your project.
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in ERP discovery, requirements definition, and RFx documentation.
* Strong understanding of multi-system enterprise architecture, especially in manufacturing, supply chain, and global operations.
* Prior work with SaaS ERP platforms and integrations (BI, TMS, MRP, CRM) highly desirable.
* Proven ability to run structured workshops and translate business processes into clear technical requirements.
* Excellent communication skills and strong documentation capabilities.
* Able to speak German
