About the Role
The role involves defining the top-level parameters of the gearbox system, formulating design schemes, selecting key components, and innovating structures.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for defining the top-level parameters of the gearbox system, formulating design schemes, selecting key components, and innovating structures.
* Lead multi-physics field simulation and analysis, identify potential system-level failure modes, and propose design optimization measures, forming a complete design and verification feedback loop.
* Promote the optimization and upgrading of design processes and standards in line with industry trends, providing professional guidance for the development of the company’s next-generation drive chain products.
* Participate in the development of gearbox system prototypes, formulation of testing plans, interpretation of experimental data, and solving technical challenges to ensure the high reliability and manufacturability of the drive chain system.
* As a technical core, collaborate deeply with cross-departmental teams including procurement, manufacturing, testing, and quality, implementing system-level cost control and quality improvement.
* Organize technical exchanges, write patents/papers, and contribute to the development of industry standards, continuously enhancing the company's technical influence.
