Job description
Key Responsibilities
* Providing local IT support & ensuring smooth day-to-day IT Operation in the factory
* Leading an IT Team of 5-team members
* Aligning IT strategies, solutions as per local management & HQ requirements
* Providing regular updates on IT Operation & performance
* Overseeing IT Infrastructure, Network security & System administration
* Supporting the implementation, maintenance of Enterprise applications & IT systems
* Troubleshooting & resolving technical issues
* Managing IT budgets, relationships with vendors & Procurement processes
* Ensuring compliance with IT security policies & regulatory requirements
Requirements
Candidate Experience
* Min. 3+ years experience as an IT Manager, preferably within industrial & manufacturing environment (plant & factory) & IT Management/IT Support background
* Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Network administration, Cybersecurity & Cloud solutions
* Familiar with IT Compliance & Security Best Practices
* Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset
* English & German language/ fluent
