To support our Commercial Team, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d) who enjoys working at the intersection of sales support, campaign execution, and commercial operations. In this role, you will help keep our sales activities structured and moving, while also supporting marketing initiatives that increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Tasks
Your job
• Identify and research new prospects across airlines, airports, and rail operators, and
maintain a well-structured pipeline in HubSpot CRM
• Support sales activities by documenting meeting notes, tracking follow-ups,
coordinating next steps, and helping organise meetings and internal preparation
• Assist in the preparation of responses to RFIs and RFPs
• Execute marketing activities across social media, email, and website updates to
increase visibility and engagement
• Support the creation of marketing assets such as case studies, social media content,
email campaigns, and product or marketing videos
• Use HubSpot to help build, launch, track, and optimise lead generation and lead
nurturing campaigns
• Attend industry conferences and occasionally travel to customer sites as required
Requirements
What you bring along
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a
comparable field
• First experiences in a commercial, sales support, marketing, or coordination role
• Experience working with a CRM, ideally HubSpot
• Business fluent written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus
• Interest in technology, digital products, and commercial processes and experience in
IT sales, SaaS, or the aviation/ travel industry is a plus
• A curious, proactive, and structured way of working, with the confidence to ask
questions and suggest improvements
• Comfortable working in an international, fast-moving, scale-up-style environment
