Working closely with the HR People Analytics team to realize, review and improve dashboards and explore new ways of showing the impact of the learning ecosystem. Your expertise will be key in driving the implementation of the global strategy and governance for digital learning content and technologies within Boehringer University. By partnering with IT and Global Business Services, you will contribute to implementing state-of-the-art learning technologies, such as a Learning Experience Platform (LXP). You will also drive specific topics or initiatives, e.g. piloting new functionalities such as GenAI tools in the context of Learning. You will be responsible for digital learning content resources which are available to all Boehringer Ingelheim employees e.g., LinkedIn Learning or getAbstract. You will also drive engagement and impact to leverage the potential of these learning resources.u202f In this position, you will actively contribute to the whole University teamu2019s success by supporting learning governance, shaping functional and transversal academies, and participating in interdisciplinary, global HR projects.u202f Additionally, you will facilitate workshops and provide upskilling opportunities for learning managers to strengthen their capabilities.
