Role Overview
CFO | Chief Financial Officer (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the finance and controlling functions of our national and international locations, as well as for HR, Legal, and IT. You combine a strong operational and cost-conscious focus with a pronounced hands‑on mentality, while also acting as a visionary and strategic leader. You recognize the opportunities of digitalisation and actively drive the comprehensive transformation of our process landscape.
Together with the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the future development of our company. You bring proven leadership skills and, through your assertiveness as well as your goal- and results-oriented approach, ensure clear structures throughout the entire value creation process.
For this responsible position, you have several years of professional and leadership experience in controlling and finance and possess the potential to take on executive management.
Responsibilities
* You are responsible for the entire corporate financing of the group, including international subsidiaries, and additionally support subsidiaries, resellers, and partners.
* You oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS, as well as budget planning.
* You manage liquidity planning and are responsible for all strategic transformation projects.
* You take responsibility for the budgeting and forecasting processes.
* You prepare and independently execute international M&A deals.
* As the main point of contact, you liaise with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and shareholders on all financial matters.
* You continuously oversee the development and improvement of KPI systems in sales and production.
* Your responsibilities include finance, accounting, cash management, controlling, HR, legal, and IT.
* As part of digitalisation, you analyse and optimise process workflows in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, contributing significantly to company-wide process improvements.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in building and continuously developing companies.
* Strong expertise in controlling, accounting, and IT.
* Proficient in using standard software such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Dynamics, and PowerBI.
* High self-motivation, strong commitment, and assertive determination.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and approach, combined with excellent execution skills and strong cost awareness.
* Active involvement in shaping and supporting restructuring, transformation, and M&A processes.
* Broad skill set with analytical, strategic, and operational capabilities.
* High energy levels and outstanding work efficiency.
* Experience in corporate finance, international scaling, and leading diverse teams.
* Very structured working style, quick comprehension, and a strong sense of urgency.
* Team player with positivity, solution orientation, proactivity, and professional demeanor at all organisational levels.
