What to expect:
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated trainee to join our Mechanical Project Engineering team, with a focus on Utilities & Energy. As part of the 24-month program, which includes multiple training phases, you will participate in international and diverse projects with cross-functional assignments.
This role offers hands-on experience from day one, supporting global investment projects involving new installations and refurbishments across our production sites. On-site, you’ll oversee construction and vendor coordination, help manage timelines, budgets as well as quality. As part of the trainee responsibilities coordination of meetings, documentation management and support in equipment or procurement decisions are central tasks. Monitoring project progress, escalating risks and collaborating with departments ensures alignment across all phases of the project lifecycle.
During the 24-month program, you will receive intensive on-the-job training complemented by coaching from experienced specialists. Guided by a dedicated mentor, you will continuously build solid engineering expertise in the field of food industry and production. This experience will help you establish a strong international network. Upon successful completion of the program, a permanent position is planned.

What we are looking for:
* A recent graduate or final-year student in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (or a related field)
* Initial experience or strong interest in utilities and energy systems
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, international environment
* Fluent in English
