Your role
As an frontend developer, you will contribute to building the user-facing parts of our new property and estate management platform. The product will support property managers across Germany in managing hundreds of thousands of residential units, and you will help create a clean, intuitive, and efficient user experience.
You’ll work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers while learning best practices and growing into a more independent role over time.
What you'll do
* Develop and maintain user-facing features using Angular
* Work with RESTful APIs and integrate frontend components with backend services
* Implement responsive and accessible UI elements
* Optimise applications for performance, usability, and maintainability
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
* Participate in code reviews and collaborate on improving code quality
* Help identify and fix bugs and UI issues
* Work closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into elegant interfaces
* Stay curious and keep up with emerging Angular trends and best practices
* Learn about the property management domain
What we're looking for
* High enthusiasm for software development; building software is something you genuinely enjoy
* You are results-oriented, yet enjoy diving deep into topics to understand them at a fundamental level
* Hands-on experience with Angular
* Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating frontend with backend systems
* Basic understanding of responsive design and accessibility
* Experience using version control systems like Git
* Familiarity with Agile development practices
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills in English
Bonus:
* Experience with Angular Signals
* Deep understanding of RxJS
* Familiarity with backend programming
* Experience with Docker
* CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions
* Communication skills in German
