What You’ll Do:
Provide IT support for incidents, service requests, and generalqueries via phone, remote access, email, and onsite visits; resolve issues using ServiceNow and document actions accordingly.Deploy and maintain IT equipment (PCs, laptops, Cisco phones, mobile devices, etc.), support application rollouts, perform asset management, and act as a liaison between IT Operations, customers, and external service providers.Perform reporting and management tasks, including escalation handling, SLA adherence tracking, knowledge sharing, and maintaining internal IT processes and documentation.
