Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and drive a global SEO strategy to maximize organic search visibility.
* Collaborate closely with local market teams to implement technical SEO improvements.
* Support and train local markets to elevate their SEO performance.
* Work with IT, communications, agencies and design teams to implement technical SEO improvements.
* Monitor global performance tracking organic traffic, rankings and conversions.
* Benchmark competitors and spot trends to uncover new opportunities to grow presence through organic channels.
Requirements:
* At least 3-5 years of experience in SEO and website management.
* A strong foundation in both strategy and execution.
* A proven track record of growing organic traffic.
* Project management skills especially when coordinating multiple stakeholders.
* Proficiency in key SEO tools such as SEMrush Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
* An understanding of UX/UI best practices.
* Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is beneficial.
* Fluency in English any additional language is a plus.
