Data Strategy & Performance Analytics
Build and maintain a unified regional eCommerce KPI framework covering sales, traffic, conversion, share of search, profitability, CLTV, ROAS & ROC
Integrate data from multiple sources (marketplaces eg AMC, retailer dashboards, analytics platforms, media reporting, and internal sell out data) into actionable insights
Own and support dashboarding and visualization standards together with global team (eg Power BI), ensuring consistency and accessibility across countries
Collaborate with markets and global for launch and adoption of projects, example Everest data platform project
Work with key markets, increase the impact of onsite eRetailers investment through continuous improvement by measuring, analyzing and interpreting campaign results and using it to improve ROI
Provide training and education in data understanding, eCom dashboards and drive a data driven mindset in the countries; upskill team to use the data to generate insights and recommendations to improve our eCommerce business
leverage online analytics and conversion data for eRetailers
Translate insights into recommendations for assortment, content, pricing, and promotional strategy
Support customer joint business planning (JBP) with data-driven insights and category argumentation
eRGM (Revenue Growth Management) Analytics
Work with the global and regional RGM functions to adapt RGM levers (price, promo, pack mix) to the eCom context
Support annual planning with fact-based RGM guardrails and promo effectiveness
Capability Building & Data Governance
Define and roll out best practices in eCommerce data collection, visualization, and storytelling across markets
Ensure data quality, standard definitions, and alignment with global digital measurement frameworks
Contribute to tool evaluation and vendor management (analytics, digital shelf, shopper insight platforms
Experience in eCommerce, data analytics, revenue growth management or a related field
Strong commercial and analytical skills and strategic mindset with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful and actionable insight and recommendations
Confident stakeholder management and aptitude to establish strong working relationships is key
Advanced analytical and visualization skills (PowerBI, excel, data modeling)
Performance, data driven and proactive
Fluent in English, oral and written
