Business Development Analyst (m/f/d)
What youll do
1. Develop and continuously improve growth strategies for our international subsidiaries
2. Participate in international in-house consulting projects in close collaboration with local and global management
3. Independently prepare and present high-quality PowerPoint presentations for senior management
4. Support the sales and strategy functions in close cooperation with senior managers
5. Contribute to a wide range of corporate development and strategic initiatives
6. Conduct in-depth market and competitive research with a focus on the boating and insurance industries
What were looking for
7. Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field relevant to the position
8. Strong enthusiasm for international travel and working in a global environment
9. Passion for sales, business development, and strategic thinking
10. Excellent written and spoken English skills, as the role involves close collaboration and travel across international markets
11. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
12. Proactive, structured, and results-oriented working style with a strong team-player mindset
13. Prior knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage
14. Interest or enthusiasm for boating (motor or sailing) is a plus
