We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Project Management Assistant with native-level proficiency in German and Chinese to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge for cross-border communication, ensuring seamless and accurate information flow across languages and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution (Core)

• Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and key milestones
• Coordinate internal teams (Sales, Product & Technical and Solution teams) to align requirements and drive project execution
• Track task progress, identify risks, and proactively facilitate issue resolution
• Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient project delivery

Project Documentation & Reporting

• Organize, update, and maintain project-related materials (e.g., proposals, contracts, reports)
• Assist in preparing project reports and presentations (e.g., PPT, progress reports)
• Maintain structured project documentation to improve transparency and team efficiency

Meeting Support & Multilingual Communication

• Support project meetings, including scheduling, minutes taking, and action tracking
• Facilitate communication in a multilingual environment (Chinese, German, English), including interpretation and translation when needed
• Assist in communication with German clients and international partners

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in German (C1/C2 or equivalent) and Chinese (mandatory)
• No specific degree or major required; practical skills and learning ability are prioritized
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution capability
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
