Role Overview We are looking for a
hands-on Regional Marketing Manager
who operates at the intersection of
marketing sales and customer success. This role focuses on: Driving adoption Enabling partners to sell more effectively Creating measurable commercial impact You will work closely with
CSM and Sales teams
to activate partners generate pipelines and turn GreenSketch into a daily tool for installers across the region.
Key Responsibilities: Localize and execute marketing strategies to support customer adoption retention and partner enablement in the region. Collaborate closely with CSM and Sales teams to develop campaigns that drive usage engagement and upsell opportunities. Create and deliver region-specific marketing content such as webinars, case studies, partner toolkits and success stories. Manage community engagement and training initiatives that strengthen relationships within the installer and commercial EPC network. Track KPIs related to adoption, engagement and customer satisfaction to continuously improve marketing performance. Act as a regional brand ambassador ensuring consistent messaging and strong representation in industry events and trade communications. Coordinate with global marketing on resource alignment, collateral creation and digital campaign support.
Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in regional or field marketing, preferably in renewable energy, SaaS or B2B technology. Demonstrated success in customer or partner-focused marketing programs with measurable impact. Strong interpersonal and project management skills, comfortable collaborating across teams and time zones. Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva or similar. Passion for sustainability, renewable energy and driving technology adoption.
