Job Opportunity
* The successful candidate will perform functional and technical analysis of the HR and payroll modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
* They will design and maintain payroll calculation rules for salaries, allowances, deductions, and indexation, taking into account local regulations and industry best practices.
* Responsibilities include managing data migration and integration into the new HR ERP with partner systems, as well as implementing new functional and technological requirements in collaboration with HR and IT teams.
* Additionally, the individual will conduct testing, documentation, and user training to ensure a smooth rollout of the new system.
* Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes affecting HR and payroll is also an essential part of this role.
Requirements
* A university degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in analysis and development within HR/payroll environments, with a strong understanding of Luxembourg/Luxembourgish public-sector framework.
* Hands-on experience with query and scripting languages (SQL, EDUCOS scripting) is highly valued.
* Candidates should also have familiarity with HR processes (career management, working time, absences) and excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong documentation discipline.
* Fluency in French and English is required; knowledge of Luxembourgish/German is an asset.
* Experience in HRIS version upgrades or HR digitalization initiatives is highly valued.
* Knowledge of system interoperability (APIs, web services) is also desirable.
* Finally, interest in innovation, SaaS HR systems, and public-sector digitalization initiatives is highly appreciated.
