Founded in 2018, Atento is Germany’s most flexible gift card solution, designed to replace generic corporate gifts with meaningful community impact. The Digital Marketing Manager plans and develops the performance marketing and content marketing strategy for our ecommerce site and executes our digital marketing and paid social media marketing campaigns for Restaurant Gutscheingold. A creative, skilled and detail-orientated wordsmith, you’ll also be responsible for emails, blogs, websites and social media, and copywriting as required. You’ll work cross-functionally with the wider team including Product Marketing Managers, Product & Technology, Design, and DTC teams. You’ll be joining a dynamic and creative pan-EMEA team who enjoy cross-collaboration and deploying fun, exciting campaigns, and marketing activities. You must be passionate about all things digital marketing, have a thirst for knowledge, and expertise in driving positive brand awareness and affinity in the market. Lead and develop the performance marketing and paid media plan for the ecommerce site, working closely with our digital agency to drive sales.
Plan and develop an annual, centralized ecommerce digital and content marketing plan including social media campaigns, emails, blogs and promotions.
Create and develop an annual, centralized ecommerce digital and content marketing calendar.
Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders on content ideation and themes.
Develop, write and execute commercial-focused blogs and landing pages with SEO/GEO front of mind.
Drive ongoing refresh of older content for SEO-compliance. Lead on regular website audits for copy and visual assets creation for ecommerce website.
Plan, develop and create a range of BAU and key gifting occasions campaign content including the production of videos, gifs, statics, infographics, product stills, animations, memes, location videography and photoshoots, voxpops, and more, from briefing into Design Studio or using AI technologies.
Act as brand guardian for ecommerce websites ensuring excellent attention to detail on communications, and visual consistency, tone of voice, and brand personality is executed across all content marketing outputs.
Support Social Media & Community Manager on influencers and loyalty strategies and executions; Report on marketing performance, evaluation and refine activity using learnings and evaluate return on marketing investment.
Deliver marketing updates and reports as required.
Proven ability to write engaging copy and create compelling, contemporary content across all platforms.
Ability to work in fast paced environment and work to tight deadlines.
Ability to work to multiple projects and campaign deadlines and adapt to changing situations.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original marketing opportunities.
Experience with eCommerce is desirable but not essential.
