Ihre Aufgaben
* Unterstützung der Projektleiter und Testmanager bei Auswertung von Daten, Erstellung von Reports in Excel, PowerPoint und PowerBI. Ausarbeitung und Pflege von KPIs
* Organisation von internen Meetings sowie Kundenmeetings und Workshops
* Erstellung von Dokumentation zur Qualitätsabsicherung
* Aufsetzen und Pflege von einem Sharepoint für Dokumentenmanagement mit KI-Support
* Unterstützung der Einführung von KI in der System-/ und SW-Entwicklung
* Unterstützung der Projektleiter und Line Manager beim Budget-Monitoring, Reisekostenabrechnungen und Bestellungen

Ihre Qualifikationen
* Student (m/w) der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges
* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Programmen
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, systematische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, sowie Team-, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
