Responsibilities:
* Project Approach Development: Identify and evaluate future photovoltaic and BESS parks, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
* Project Representation: Present project proposals at information sessions, landowner meetings, and local council gatherings to communicate project benefits and progress effectively to stakeholders.
* Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and finalize land use agreements in accordance with private law, ensuring all contracts are clear, comprehensive, and favourable for project execution.
* Networking and Relationship Building: Establish and nurture a robust network of property owners, municipal leaders, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders to facilitate project development and gain community support.
* GIS Data Management: Conduct research and maintain accurate ownership data and mapping using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) applications to support project planning and development.
* Documentation and Team Collaboration: Document the land securing process comprehensively and maintain open channels of communication for discussion and knowledge sharing within the project team.
* Technical and Economic Oversight: Assume responsibility for both the technical and financial aspects of the proposed projects, ensuring that all approaches are feasible and contribute to the overarching goals of Recurrent Energy.
Work Experience:
* Several years of professional experience in the renewable energy sector (ideally photovoltaics, ideally 3 years)
Education/Training:
* Degree in a geographical, technical or economic degree
* Good understanding of solar & BESS projects and German renewables sector
Competencies:
* Project management for solar or wind farms
* In-depth knowledge of economic, legal and technical framework conditions in the renewable energy sector
* Knowledge of urban development planning
* Very good knowledge of MS Office; MS Project and QGIS are an advantage
* Initiative and independent working style
* Confident and convincing appearance
* Willingness to travel for external appointments
