The role
We are looking for a (Senior) Program & Partnership Manager to lead early-stage commercial activities and drive traction in key European defense markets. This role is pivotal to our customer-facing efforts: from managing strategic accounts in Ministries of Defence and procurement agencies to developing industrial and governmental partnerships across Europe.
You will own commercial relationships, help shape our early sales motion, and act as the face of T4I in high-stakes defense dialogues. Your credibility, network, and understanding of how defense institutions work will be critical to our success.
The day-to-day
* Lead early-stage commercial activities and drive traction in key European defense markets
* Manage key accounts in European MoDs, procurement agencies, and user communities.
* Develop and grow strategic partnerships with industry and innovation organizations.
* Own and drive proposal processes and procurement submissions.
* Represent the company selectively in defense-focused forums, demos and exercises.
You should apply if
* Have 3–5+ years of experience in the defense or dual-use sector — ideally with exposure to both government and industry sides.
* Have strong knowledge of military customer dynamics and defense structures, especially in procurement and capability development.
* Ideally have military service experience, preferably in a Central European armed force.
* Able to balance credibility with agility — trusted by senior officials, but startup-minded.
* Are a strategic thinker and diplomatic communicator with hands-on execution skills.
* Ability to run structured business development pipelines, CRM tools, and manage bids/RFPs.
* Thrive in entrepreneurial environments with speed, ambiguity, and ownership.
* Based in Germany or willing to relocate; regular travel across Europe expected.
Nice to have
* Prior experience in or with a defense start-up or innovation program.
* Experience in UxS technology.
* Bring an existing network and access into Ministries of Defence, armed forces, innovation hubs, or primes in Europe.
* Have successfully led commercial or program efforts in defense or deep tech.
