Job Overview
The Compliance Manager will be part of our organisation's Compliance department, supporting the team in ensuring adherence to policies and regulations. Key responsibilities include developing and improving our compliance management system, conducting interviews and audits, and preparing compliance-related reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and improvement of our compliance management system, including policy frameworks and process specifications.
* Conduct compliance interviews and audits with employees and business partners according to relevant guidelines.
* Prepare and execute compliance-related reporting activities.
Requirements
* Minimum 3-4 years' experience in compliance in an international setting.
* Qualification in compliance management or a related field.
* Experience in planning, implementing, coordinating, and supervising a compliance management system.
* Excellent communication skills for supporting a multinational team.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
* High-level English skills (speaking and writing) and German language skills are advantageous.
