Profile:
Problem solver with a passion for technology
* You hold a degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, data engineering) and possess at least 7 years of professional experience in a comparable area
* You are well-versed in agile development methodologies and modern development practices, with hands-on experience in engineering concepts bringing them to life. (e.g. APIs to LLMs and similar big data technologies)
* Your clear communication skills in English and German allow you to present results convincingly and find solutions within an international team. You remain curious, continuously acquiring new technologies and adapting quickly to changing requirements
* You possess strong analytical skills to identify process improvements and develop detailed technical concepts. You can analyze complex problems, pinpoint core challenges, and devise solutions
* Ideally you are familiar with input management, such as knowledge of Paradatec's AIDA & Prokey, and OpenText Capture
* Your experience with databases (e.g., SQL servers) and web technologies completes your profile
