Responsibilities
* Assist in digitising public administration through diverse software development, integration, migration, and implementation projects, including OZG process optimisations.
* Consult customers on their digitisation projects, especially in specifying functional solutions, technical requirements, implementation, quality assurance, and launch.
* Support sales in creating proposals as a Solution Designer.
Qualifications
* Successful completion of studies with IT technical or (business) management focus, or equivalent professional training and extensive experience.
* Minimum 8 years of project and professional experience as a consultant in software development projects for public administration at the federal or state level.
* Extensive practical experience with modern software architectures, UML or comparable modelling languages, requirements engineering, quality management, and both classical and agile software development.
* Solid experience and comprehensive certifications in CPRE/IREB, CARS, ISTQB, TOGAF, COBIT, CISSP, ITIL, SCRUM, PMI, Prince2, IPMA, V‑Model XT or comparable.
* Knowledge of key legal foundations, standards and methods of public administration (e.g. V‑Model XT, SAGA, WiBe, UfAB, XÖV, BSI Grundschutz, data protection, FIM).
* Personal network and knowledge of current digitisation trends in public administration.
* German language at native level and very good English language skills.
