Job Summary:
As a Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate Strategy, you will collaborate with both the Financial Strategy (FS) and Analytical Center of Expertise (ACE) units to support the development of the company's financial strategy through robust data analysis, sophisticated modeling, and clear reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Performance Management: Own and enhance the Strategic Target System (STS), defining key performance indicators (KPIs), automating data pipelines, and producing quarterly scorecards for management.
* Executive Reporting & Storytelling: Translate complex financial and performance data into clear analytical reports, strategy papers, and presentations for Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
* Financial Modeling & Analysis: Contribute to creating robust financial models and datasets, including balance sheets and other financial statements, to support scenario analysis and planning.
* Data Science & Analytics Champion: Serve as a subject matter expert in data analytics, developing advanced tools and models. Promote a data-driven culture by guiding colleagues across the finance function.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage in high-impact projects, providing critical data-driven insights and strategic perspectives to drive corporate initiatives.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Strategy, or STEM fields.
* Minimum three years of experience in highly analytical roles like data analytics, business intelligence, financial modeling, or corporate strategy.
* Technical Skills:
o Data Analysis & Programming: Proven expertise in querying and manipulating large datasets using Python, R, or SQL.
o Data Visualization: Experience creating insightful dashboards and reports with Tableau or Power BI.
o Spreadsheet Mastery: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is required.
* Complete fluency in English.
