Job Description
We are on the lookout for an experienced Product Analyst - Logistics (all genders) to join the Customer Product Line, Logistics Analytics Team, on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
In Logistics, we build products and shape processes towards an amazing delivery experience for our customers, riders, and service. The role is for Seamless domain in the Customer Product Line. In the Seamless Analytics team, we curate data to uncover insights, work closely with the product, enable self-service discovery, and drive the strategic development of Logistics functions. Being embedded in the Product Line, we foster the “data-first” mindset and drive change in product development.
As a Product Analyst, you will bring insights for one or more domains, collaborate with a team of about 5-7 analysts, drive projects across various data functions, collaborate with Data Science and Backend Engineers and enable our stakeholders in Product, Tech, and Operations to make data-driven decisions.
1. Engaging with key stakeholders to understand the business vision, requirements & priorities and helping to translate this into actionable insights
2. Build accessible, creative and engaging data visualizations to facilitate access to insights
3. Develop and curate unstructured data in collaboration with Data Engineering, Product and Operations
4. Refine, challenge and support requests from stakeholders and generate new data analyses
5. Lead data exploration projects, and help identify and define future insight and data needs to support various business initiatives
6. Own our data catalog for all Logistics dimensions, metrics and KPIs
7. Be an active player in working with and understanding the product end to end, its features and gaps and provide useful and necessary insights to the team to improve the product always
8. Ensuring proper AB testing for the features that we launch, sharing insights from the significance tests
In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.
Qualifications
9. 2-4 years experience as a BI/Data/Product analyst working for internet companies
10. Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative subject ( computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, statistics)
11. Excellent SQL skills, with practical experience of big data tools (ideally BigQuery)
12. Intermediate Python skills, with practical experience
13. You are creative in data visualization (Tableau experience is a plus)
14. Experience with version control systems (VCS) ( Github)
15. Proven team player behavior and process-oriented mindset
16. Independent and rigorous working style, appreciation for Agile environments
17. Good English communication skills
18. Experience in dealing with stakeholders and challenging the scope of projects
19. Proven record of adopting and improving team standards and processes
20. Highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail
21. Nice to have: Experience with orchestration tools such as airflow, DBT, metaflow
