Customer Service Officer (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
* Managing all customer care tasks; from processing customer orders and quotations to ensuring timely dispatch and documentation
* Tracking offers and orders and taking appropriate action
* Recording and tracking complaints
* Updating the customer database in the merchandise management system
* Building and maintaining professional customer relationships and increasing customer proximity
Qualifications
* Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
* Customer and market-oriented work, with strong problem-solving skills
* Experience in working with distributors
* Very good knowledge of German and English
* Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
