Key Responsibilities:
* Handle full-cycle airfreight import or export operations, including bookings, documentation, and customs clearance
* Communicate effectively with airlines, customs authorities, overseas agents, and clients
* Coordinate logistics and transportation for time-sensitive shipments
* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
* Maintain accurate shipment records in internal systems
* Resolve operational issues efficiently and professionally
Experience:
* 2+ years of experience in airfreight import or export operations
* Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and airline processes
* Proficient in freight forwarding software (e.g., CargoWise, SAP, or similar)
* Fluent in German and proficient in English
* Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
