Aufgaben
As Area Manager (all genders) for the Central/Eastern Europe (CEE) region, you will independently manage the development and strategic support of an international distributor and customer network in the life science environment. You will actively shape sales strategies, pricing concepts, and marketing initiatives for your region.
* Strategic and operational management of key accounts and distributors in the CEE region
* Development and implementation of long-term account plans as well as identification of key opinion leaders
* Close collaboration within the CEE-team and with internal teams (Sales, Technical Services, Marketing, R&D, Customer Service)
* Development of pricing and contract strategies at account and distributor level
* Planning and execution of customer events, workshops, and marketing campaigns
* Systematic pipeline and funnel management
* Travel of up to 40% within the region
Profil
* Completed degree in the life sciences, ideally with hands-on laboratory experience in molecular biology, cell biology, or protein biochemistry
* Experience in scientific sales or a comparable environment is an advantage
* Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute operationally
* Excellent written and spoken English; a language from the sales region and/or basic knowledge of German is a plus
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
* Strong intercultural competence, initiative, and resilience
