We're looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Working Student to join our team and play a key role in launching and scaling our new Ambassador Program. If you're passionate about building relationships, driving growth, and learning the ins and outs of a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You'll work directly with the founder and CMO to build a vital channel for our company's growth.
This is a unique chance to take on significant responsibility and make a real impact. If you're a proactive, extremely well-structured, and results-driven individual, we'd love to have you on our team for at least 12 months.
This is a Munich-based, office-first role where you'll collaborate with our fast-paced team. Good German and English language skills are required.

About the Ambassador Program
You will be the owner of this program Our Ambassador Program is a strategic growth initiative where we partner with influential individuals who have extensive networks in the e-commerce and consumer brand industry. We identify and win over serial entrepreneurs, investors, successful founders, and senior managers who possess deep connections within our target market. These ambassadors leverage their trusted relationships to introduce Aybee to potential clients—companies with €25+ million in annual revenue that could benefit from our platform. In return, our ambassadors receive generous compensation for every successful referral that converts into a paying client. It's a win-win partnership that allows us to access high-quality leads through warm introductions while rewarding our ambassadors for their valuable network contributions.

What you will contribute
* Launch and Manage the Ambassador Program: You will be the driving force behind our new Ambassador Program. This includes identifying new ambassadors (CEOs, serial entrepreneurs, investors, etc.), onboarding them, and managing the relationships to ensure they make consistent intros for us to target companies we would like to win as new clients.
* Develop and Execute a GTM Strategy for the Program: You will work with the CMO to create and implement a go-to-market strategy to attract and retain high-quality ambassadors.
* Create and Manage Program Materials: You will be responsible for creating and updating all materials for the Ambassador Program, including presentations, one-pagers, and email templates.
* Handle All Communication and Meeting Coordination: You will write all the emails from the founder's account and you'll join all meetings with ambassadors and new clients and basically be responsible for all follow-ups and the entire organization behind it.
* Track and Report on Program Performance: You will track all the activities as well as the performance of the Ambassador Program, analyze the data, and report on the key metrics to the founding team.
* Support the Sales Team: You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads from our ambassadors and to track the progress of those leads through the sales funnel.
* Take Ownership of Challenges: Learn what it takes to build a company from the ground up, solving complex, unsolved challenges with full team support.
What you bring
* Passion for Startups and Business Development: You are passionate about the startup world and want to gain hands-on experience in business development and sales.
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You are a natural relationship builder and have excellent communication skills in both English and German.
* Proactive and Hands-On Mentality: You are a self-starter with a "get-things-done" attitude. You are not afraid to take on responsibility and to work independently.
* Analytical and Organized: You are analytical, organized, and have a keen eye for detail. You are able to track and analyze data to measure the success of your work.
* Currently Enrolled Student: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
