Keysight is seeking an Engineering Services Manager to lead our PCB layout and mechanical design teams and to form a high-performing engineering services organization supporting internal R&D to enable shortest time to market for our highly innovative test and measurement solutions. In this role, you will combine people leadership, operational excellence and technical depth to ensure reliable as well as scalable design support for complex high-frequency electronics and photonics development programs.

Lead and develop a cross-disciplinary team of PCB and mechanical design engineers (approx. Engineering Services & Operations
Own the performance of an internal engineering services organization supporting multiple R&D projects.
Align short-, mid- and long-term capacity and skill set needs with supported R&D functions.
Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes to increase efficiency, transparency and cross-functional collaboration.
Lead and support tool-landscape improvements, including ECAD/MCAD tool upgrades and interfaces.
Contribute to the definition, rollout, and governance of engineering standards and processes.
Project & Technical Contribution
Actively contribute to high-frequency module development projects (mmWave / RF packages).
Work closely with international development and manufacturing teams to ensure:
Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience leading engineering teams, ideally in a service or matrix organization.
Strong communication skills and experience working in international environments.
