Financial Analyst (all genders)
full-time position in our Division Finance in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
1. Create and enhance monthly reports for top management, parent company, project managers and business departments, including clear and insightful analyses
2. Take full responsibility for uploading budgets into financial systems and actively contribute throughout the entire budgeting process
3. Continuously refine reports and analytical tools to strengthen transparency, efficiency and the overall quality of decision-making
4. Serve as a trusted Finance sparring partner to business departments and act as the central interface between Controlling and Accounting
5. Oversee CSR reporting to the parent company and deliver ad hoc analyses to address short-term business needs
Your profile:
6. Degree in Finance/Controlling with several years of professional experience in corporate controlling
7. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with solid knowledge of HGB and IFRS; experience with Cognos TM1 and Oracle HFM is a plus
8. Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills and a highly independent, precise, and reliable approach to work
9. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive approach in an international environment
10. Flexible and adaptable, especially during intensive planning and closing periods
11. Fluent in German and English for daily collaboration at regional and international levels
