People
1. Managing, developing and coaching of the Assistant Managers and employees, including conducting career and employee appraisals
2. Recording sick notes for your own team
3. Induction of new employees and organization of training courses
4. Implementation of the floor management
5. Acting as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and passing on the Sephora DNA
6. Responsibility for recruitment and recruitment strategies
Commercial Performance
7. Full responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets including year-on-year sales growth
8. Analysis of common retail key figures such as IPT, AVB, Conversation Rate and Market Shares and derivation of sales activities to continuously increase store performance
9. Development of sales potential
10. Ensuring flawless visual merchandising standards, including the timely implementation of updates and animations
11. Ensuring order and cleanliness on the sales floor
12. Creating and communicating recaps and reports to internal interfaces
13. Track and ensure profitability of corner
Client Experience
14. Ensure excellent Sephora customer service and team focus on the customer
15. Evaluate customer feedback and derive measures to improve customer service
16. Ensure that we regularly surprise our customers
Operations
17. Create the staff schedule
18. Creating the daily staff deployment plan and coordinating employees on the store floor (zoning)
19. Implementation of inventories to ensure optimum availability of goods
20. Complete goods management, from receipt to proper storage, write-offs, returns and tester management
21. Full responsibility for preparing for the opening and closing of the corner
22. Reporting and tracking of maintenance and merchandise issues
23. Responsible for corner operating according to Sephora Audit rules
Additional tasks
24. Participation in retail projects in cooperation with the Area Managers
25. Foster a good relationship with our partners (e.g. Galeria, Magasin & Manor) & landlord
