Your challenge in detail
1. Supporting electronic data capture, maintenance and verification in our contract and IP Management software
2. Reviewing legal correspondence and extracting relevant data
3. Supporting our team with administrative tasks
Your competence is in demand
4. Currently pursuing a full-time degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law or a related field
5. Native proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written)
6. Very good English skills
7. German skills are a plus
8. Exceptional attention to detail
9. Commitment to high-quality work
10. Very good MS Office skills
11. Independent and structured way of working
12. Knowledge in Intellectual Property Management is desirable
