We’re hiring an experienced EHS Manager for a full-time, permanent role to drive key safety programs on major construction projects, including data centres in Frankfurt. As an EHS Manager at ASafe Global, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing Environmental, Health and Safety programs, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations, and fostering a culture of safety excellence across all projects.

Develop and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Provide expert guidance to management and employees on EHS matters and best practices
Deliver safety training programs to enhance EHS awareness across teams.
Stay updated on changes to local and international EHS regulations and ensure ongoing compliance.
Perform regular compliance audits; Support and manage emergency response planning and conduct safety drills.
Minimum of 7 years of EHS experience, ideally within Data Centre, Oil & Gas, or Construction sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
Strong communication and team management capabilities.
