Your tasks
1. Providing advice and support on products, repairs, spare parts, and online shop inquiries
2. Processing cancellations and complaints in a service-oriented and solution-focused manner
3. Managing customer requests via a CRM ticketing system and SAP
4. Maintaining, updating, and completing customer profiles
5. Conducting written and verbal customer communication, predominantly via email
6. Handling and follow-up of customer interactions with end consumers and retail partners
7. Entering and processing customer orders
8. Creating credit notes in accordance with internal procedures
Your profile
9. Completed commercial or technical training with experience in customer service or customer support
10. Experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP
11. Practical experience in complaint handling
12. Strong team player with excellent communication skills
13. Solid understanding of processes and structured working methods
14. Very good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
