For one of our clients – a leader among Polish manufacturers of waterproofing materials – we are looking for an Export Manager responsible for developing sales in the German or DACH market.
Requirements
1. Fluent command of German and English (or Polish) – a must (You will be in contact with the Polish HQ)
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in international B2B sales – German or DACH market
3. Proven track record in export sales (experience in the construction industry will be an additional asset)
4. Experience in team management or coordinating export projects
5. University degree (technical or economic background)
6. Negotiation skills and knowledge of commercial contract processes
7. Result-oriented approach, independence, initiative
8. Good command of MS Office and export documentation
Responsibilities
9. Implementation and development of the sales strategy on the German or the DACH market
10. Permanent presence in Germany – a must (With occasional visits to the Polish office)
11. Acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships with existing business partners
12. Managing the work of the export team based in Germany – planning activities, coordinating, and overseeing goal achievement
13. Providing technical support and conducting business negotiations
14. Preparing commercial offers and contracts
15. Analyzing the market and monitoring competitors' activities
16. Proposing and implementing solutions to increase sales effectiveness
17. Preparing reports and analyses for the management board
18. Representing the brand in foreign markets and ensuring its professional image
