The 3 year bachelors program and the 2 year master''s program in Data Science is run in cooperation with the TU Hamburg (TUHH) and starts on September 1, 2025. The academic part provides you with the theoretical foundation, which you can immediately apply during the practical phases at tesa in the field of Data Science.
During the practical phases (8 12 weeks per semester), you will support one of the following teams:
* Digitalization Innovation Processes (Research Development): In this team, you are responsible for the digitalization of RD laboratory and Pilot Center processes. This includes data management, data interpretation, digital product development and digital process twins
* Polymer and Adhesive Architecture (PAA): In this team, you support the development and improvement of our adhesives and products through modeling and simulation
Regardless of the department you choose, you will be part of ongoing projects, support day to day business independently and be able to apply your knowledge from your studies directly on the job.

* You meet the requirements of the TUHH to start the Bachelor Data Science program
* You are enthusiastic about modern IT technologies as well as numbers and analyses and you are not afraid of working with modern tools
* You enjoy grasping complex interrelationships and developing solution oriented concepts
* You have a good command of English and are ideally familiar with common office applications
For the Master:
1. You have successfully completed a Bachelor''s degree or are currently pursuing one in a relevant field (e.g., data science, computer science, physics, business informatics) and meet both general and subject specific requirements of the TUHH
2. You are fluent in English
3. You are enthusiastic about modern IT technologies, numbers, and analyses
4. You work independently and in a structured manner, have an analytical mindset and good problem solving skills
