Key Responsibilities Handle customer data and account management, including payment transactions and other back-office processes. Resolve complex customer inquiries independently and in collaboration with internal departments. Your Profile Experience in back-office operations within the financial sector, ideally in the German-speaking market. Business fluent in German and English Completed banking apprenticeship or a comparable education with relevant professional experience Problem-solving ability, strong communication, and confidence in handling conflict situations. Empathetic and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.
