Inside Sales is the interface between the sales activities of the technical divisions and the customer. We manage inquiries, quotation checks, offers and orders. We are also the internal point of contact for the operation and optimization of our sales tools and database systems such as CRM, Encoway (CPQ), Planisware, Share Point and Confluence. We need your support with the technical IT challenges in day-to-day work, in the analysis of system operation and in the optimization of structures and applications.
Your Tasks:
1. You support inside sales activities, including processing supplier information and master data maintenance.
2. You are active as user support.
3. You carry out data analyses in CRM systems and monitor data quality.
4. You maintain and develop the internal knowledge database in Confluence.
5. You take on special projects.
Necessary Skills:
6. Ongoing studies in industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science, business administration or a similar field of study
7. Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
8. Language skills: English (at least B1), German (at least C1)
Desired Skills:
9. Interest in IT systems and AI
10. Creative, analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking
11. Knowledge of SAP, MS Dynamics 365, Confluence and SharePoint desirable
12. Independent, structured and careful way of working as well as strong team and communication skills
13. High resilience even in stressful situations
Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly wage for this position is EUR 17.52.
