A fast growing healthcare technology company is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive growth across Europe within the rapidly evolving field of AI-powered digital pathology.

Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the European commercial strategy, leading high-performing teams, building strategic customer relationships, and delivering ambitious revenue targets across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the European commercial growth strategy
• Drive revenue growth and market expansion across key European markets
• Lead, develop and inspire European sales and commercial teams
• Build strategic relationships with pathology laboratories, healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies and research organisations
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic partnerships
• Act as a key member of the senior leadership team.

Essential Criteria

• Proven commercial leadership experience within Digital Pathology
• Demonstrable experience working with AI-enabled Digital Pathology solutions
• Successful track record of leading and managing commercial teams across Europe
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
