Your tasks: Strategic Sourcing Management Lead the end-to-end sourcing process for third-party and intra-group services. Identify and assess potential suppliers based on business needs, risk profile, and compliance requirements. Drive contract negotiations with a focus on commercial value, technology, security, and data protection and information security. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new providers. Analyze existing contracts to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements. Manage contract amendments and sourcing related changes in close coordination with business and IT teams. Maintain comprehensive sourcing documentation and ensure data accuracy in relevant outsourcing register(s) Provide support for internal and external audits related to sourcing and contract management process. Supplier Relationship Management Collaborate with supplier managers in business to maintain supplier and contract data within the sourcing system. Support supplier managers monitor supplier performance through regular service reviews and performance meetings. Conduct and support on supplier assurance and risk management activities. Support internal and external audits and ensure supplier-related risks are properly assessed and documented. Your knowledge/experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Several years of experience in sourcing and supplier management, ideally within a regulated or technology-driven environment. Proven track record in negotiating contracts, particularly with technology providers. Strong analytical skills to evaluate cost efficiency and identify improvement opportunities. Skilled in stakeholder management and building effective cross-functional relationships. Fluent in English; strong German or Dutch skills are a plus. Self-driven, well-organised, and goal-oriented, with excellent planning and prioritisation abilities.
