Real Estate Project Management Expert
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the management of real estate assets, including property analysis and strategy development. Key responsibilities include:
* Assessing the condition, potential, and risks of real estate assets, encompassing technical aspects.
* Overseeing the entire lifecycle from acquisition through repositioning to sale, including developing business plans and managing tax implications.
* Validating technical assessments, reviewing budgets, and monitoring construction quality while supporting international legal development processes.
* Preparing sales processes, selecting brokers, coordinating legal documentation, and maintaining a consistent market presence towards investors.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in (industrial) engineering, architecture, or a comparable field, with several years of experience in asset management, construction project management, and/or real estate development. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential for this role.
