What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage the full lifecycle of technical proposals for grid-connected and commercial BESS projects
* Interpret RFPs and tenders, defining clear technical and compliance deliverables
* Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to create tailored system solutions
* Produce detailed, high-quality documentation: system overviews, concepts, specs, and compliance matrices
* Represent the technical function in client clarifications and negotiation phases
What You’ll Bring
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Systems, or a related discipline
* 5+ years of experience in BESS design, technical proposals, or solution engineering
* Strong technical knowledge of BESS components: battery, PCS, EMS, HVAC, fire protection
* Proven experience with European utilities or grid-scale energy projects
* Business-fluent English
