As Team Lead Supply Chain Management, you will shape the foundational structures and culture of our global supply chain in a fastgrowing environment. Leading a team of nine colleagues across procurement and logistics, you will coordinate and continuously improve our value chain by implementing frameworks, guidelines, and principles that support operational excellence.
You and your team will manage daytoday operations, working closely with external partners across multiple tier levels from electronics manufacturing to boxbuilding at our contract manufacturers. In this role, you ensure that we uphold the highest standards as we scale internationally and elevate our supply chain and delivery performance. As a strong leader, you foster a culture of continuous improvement, set objectives and key results, and represent Instagrid externally on procurement and logistics topics with suppliers, customers, and brand partners.
Your Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop our procurement teams and logistics team within a global matrix organization.
2. Oversee and facilitate endtoend supply chain operations with international interfaces.
3. Navigate increasing export control complexity in a global context.
4. Set and monitor OKRs and KPIs to control and optimize global value chains.
5. Derive business and delivery forecasts as part of demand planning for all Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners.
6. Drive international costdown initiatives and optimize the use of subregional supply chain resources by evaluating costs, profitability, and working capital requirements.
What you bring
7. A completed degree in economics, business administration, materials & logistics management, or a comparable field
8. 10+ years of professional experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or production management in a hardwarerelated industry
9. Experience with export control mechanisms and international trade tariffs
10. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels and departments
11. Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills, paired with a resultsoriented mindset and exceptional leadership capabilities
12. Fluency in both German and English
