We are looking for two Chinese actors for a graduation short film shooting in Berlin.
Role 1 — Younger Brother
Acting age 23–30
Role 2 — Older Brother
Acting age 30–40
The film is a 10‑minute arthouse short about two estranged Chinese‑German brothers. The older brother is a heroin addict slowly disappearing from the world. The younger brother gets a call one day that forces him to make one last visit. It's a personal film about family, identity, and the things we can't bring ourselves to say; directed by two brothers, Lyan and Mac.
Shoot dates are within July 12–17, 2–3 days total.
Language: Mandarin Chinese is essential. German is a plus. English is required for communication on set.
The position is unpaid. All on‑set expenses, including food, are fully covered. Our goal is festivals, and we want actors who believe in the story and want to be challenged.
