Your tasks:
1. Responsibility for compliance with the region's occupational safety standards
2. Sales responsibility for the region
3. Management of service technicians (f/m/d) along group KPIs
4. Technical and disciplinary management of Service Technicians (f/m/d) in the region
5. Implementation of the regional calls
6. Planning and implementation of regional meetings
7. Coordination of information on technical problems and solutions
8. Customer management in the region
9. Communication and implementation of the departmental and corporate strategy
10. Ensuring service quality and quantity in the region
11. Determination of training needs and planning in cooperation with the internal training academy
12. Communication and implementation of regional goals
Your profile:
13. Successfully completed electrical engineering technician training (f/m/d) or higher-level training
14. Business and electrical engineering knowledge is essential
15. Proven leadership experience
16. Good written and spoken English skills
17. Convincing communication, negotiation skills and assertiveness
18. Driving licence class B
19. Place of residence in North Rhine-Westphalia desirable
