As a Digital Tracking Analyst (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring data-driven product development by developing tracking concepts and supporting the implementation and derivation of measures for digital products.
In particular, you will
* designing tracking concepts for the app and web store
* support our product owners in the implementation of tracking concepts (e.g. creation of user stories and presentation of topics in the agile team setup)
* optimize the existing tracking implementation
* establish quality assurance standards for tracking digital products
* promote an overarching tracking strategy online and offline together with the BI and IT team
* create hypotheses and derive measures for A/B tests
* contact person for A/B testing, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
Preferred Profile
* Successfully completed studies in business administration, computer science or mathematics and several years of professional experience in the field of web and app tracking
* Sound knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
* Ideally knowledge of A/B testing (Optimize, Optimizely, VWO)
* High degree of initiative and enjoyment of teamwork
* Analytical and structured approach
* Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
