As our Marketing ads Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Managing and optimise Meta, Tiktok campaigns
Conducting audience targeting, and A/B testing
Monitoring KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, to drive campaign performance
Collaborating with internal teams (design, product, analytics) to align messaging and landing pages
Reporting on campaign performance and recommending actionable improvements
Staying ahead of trends in bidding strategies, automation, and audience segmentation
What You Bring
3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Tiktok
Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering positive ROI
Strong analytical skills and a creative mindset
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Must be based in Berlin
Bonus: Experience with ticketing platforms or live event marketing
